The song is funny, but you didn't do much to make everything else go with it. Like, you could have done more to make it more visually interesting rather than just depend on the audio to do that for you. You can have made angry relatives for that part of the song, instead of using pretty much the same stuff for every shot.
If you have to put text onto the screen for us to understand what's going on, then maybe you need a new idea for that part of the video. If we have to stop and read something, it messes with the flow of the video.
It should all make sense without us trying hard to understand it.

Thought it was weird how you put in the first line of the description how no one would get it. But I guess what I don't understand is why you'd make a flash with a joke, that no one would get.
The flash looked pretty good, though. I just didn't quite get it. You did warn me though, I guess.

Cool

I liked the fact that it was elmo, because it's something a lot of people can relate to, regardless if they like elmo; they at least know of it, and it's something different.
You should make the credits at the beginning shorter. I liked the music, but it took too long. Everything about a short should be... short.

Again, your stuff is really amazing. Your band kinda reminds me of Acceptance, yet you are still unique. I totally agree with you when you said - "odd kind of rhythm that just works..". Your songs are interesting enough that it makes listeners want to listen till the end of the song.
